User Agreement (Terms of Service)

Travifai is a travel technology platform that facilitates direct connections between travelers and independent hospitality providers. We provide the digital infrastructure for you to discover, communicate with, and book accommodations.

• We are not a hotel operator: We do not own, manage, or control the properties listed on our platform.
• Direct Contracts: When you make a booking, your actual accommodation contract is directly with the respective property owner ("Host" or "Hotelier"). Travifai acts strictly as a technology facilitator.

• Pricing: The final price displayed at checkout includes the property's Base Rent, applicable GST, and a standard Travifai platform usage fee.
• Payment Routing: Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Travifai routes the room revenue to the hotelier according to our zero-commission B2B model.
• Off-Platform Transactions: Travifai is not responsible for any financial loss incurred if you choose to bypass our platform and transfer money directly to a host's personal bank account or UPI ID.

• You must provide accurate information during registration and booking.
• You are responsible for verifying property details, house rules, and pet policies directly with the host via our platform chat before confirming your booking.
• You must adhere to the check-in times and behavioral guidelines set by the respective property.

• You may not use our direct-chat feature to harass, spam, or abuse property owners.
• Reviews and stories (including those posted to Travel Tales) must be authentic and based on actual stays. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or fabricated content.

While we strive to vet our partners, Travifai is not liable for the actual physical condition of the property, the behavior of the hotel staff, or any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during your stay. Any disputes regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the property management.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Travifai platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
