Partner Terms of Service

• Subscription Fees: Partners operate on Travifai through paid annual SaaS subscriptions (e.g., Haven, Horizon, Compass, Pinnacle). Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
• Zero Commission: Travifai does not charge the Partner any per-booking commissions. Payouts for completed bookings are settled directly to the Partner's registered bank account according to standard gateway timelines.

• Honoring Bookings: You must honor all confirmed bookings generated through Travifai. Denying check-in to a confirmed guest without valid justification is a material breach of this agreement.
• Accurate Representation: You are strictly responsible for ensuring that all images, descriptions, amenities, and room availability listed on the platform are accurate and up-to-date.
• Rate Control: You have full control over your pricing. However, you must not use the platform's direct-chat feature to solicit travelers to cancel their Travifai booking in favor of off-platform, cash-in-hand deals.

• Travel agencies accessing hotel inventory via our B2B network must accurately represent themselves to clients and adhere to the payment and cancellation policies set by the respective partner properties.

Travifai reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner's account, without refund of the subscription fee, if the Partner repeatedly cancels valid bookings, provides substandard service leading to severe guest escalations, or violates these Terms.
